Services · Architecture before procurement

Information systems design

We design information systems around the customer’s goals: we calculate workload and capacity, compare vendor solutions, describe the architecture and prepare technical requirements for procurement.

Challenges we address

  • You need an architecture that withstands load and growth, not a system built by eye
  • It is hard to compare vendor offers and choose a solution for the real tasks
  • Buying without a design leads to overpaying for the unneeded or to a shortage of capacity and licenses
  • You need requirements and a specification to run procurement and accept the result

What we do

  1. Solution architecture

We design server and virtualized infrastructure, networks, storage, backup and protection.

  2. Sizing

We calculate compute, memory, storage and network from actual workload and planned growth.

  3. Vendor comparison

We compare solutions against the customer’s tasks and help choose the right one.

  4. Licensing in the design

We calculate licenses and subscriptions for the chosen architecture so you do not overpay for the unneeded.

  5. Requirements and specifications

We prepare technical requirements and a specification for purchasing hardware and software.

  6. Data center engineering

We account for power supply, cooling and rack placement.

Private cloud · Nutanix and Red Hat

Private cloud on Nutanix and Red Hat

Challenge
Build a private cloud for a major operator, sized for real workloads, and scale it without overpaying for licenses.
What we did
We designed the architecture and sized it for real workloads: a Nutanix hyperconverged platform with Red Hat on top. We planned phased expansion and licensing, supplied the hardware and commissioned the cloud.
Result

The cloud scales in phases, with no money wasted on unneeded licenses.

Data · Analytics

Big Data infrastructure

Challenge
Prepare a compute and storage platform for analytics, anti-fraud and credit scoring, with room for data growth.
What we did
We designed and expanded the platform: sizing based on actual data growth, host redundancy and all-flash storage.
Result

An analytics platform with spare capacity and no single point of failure.

Questions and answers

Which systems do you design?
Servers and storage systems, hyperconverged infrastructure and virtualization, networks, SAN, backup, cybersecurity, DBMS, AI infrastructure, data center engineering systems and software licensing.
What is sizing and why is it needed?
It is the calculation of compute, memory, storage and network from actual workload and planned growth. It helps you avoid overpaying for excess hardware and licenses and avoid running short of capacity.
Can we order the design alone, without supply and implementation?
Yes, the stages of the work cycle can be taken separately: the design delivers an architecture, a specification and technical requirements for procurement.
Our approach

The full cycle under one roof

  1. Audit and assessment

Inventory, workload analysis, IT and security risk assessment

  2. Design

Architecture, sizing, vendor comparison, procurement specifications

  3. Supply

Hardware and licenses from 35+ vendors, import and logistics

  4. Deployment and migration

Commissioning, zero-downtime data and system migration, acceptance testing

  5. Training

Knowledge transfer to your IT team, courses on databases, security and AI

  6. 24/7/365 support

    SLAs, monitoring, updates, vendor support

One team owns the project from assessment to day-to-day operations — no gaps in accountability between the supplier, the integrator and the service provider.
